Booking Fees - From 1st January 2026 a booking fee of 50% is required for in salon and telephone bookings for new clients, clients who have not had an appointment within the last 12 months or have had 2 x No Show/Last minute cancellations to a booked appointment.  The booking fee is transferable to another appointment or refundable if the minimum notice of 24 hours is given as per our policy.

Online Bookings - are 100% payable upon acceptance of booking.  Change/Cancellation and No Show fees are as per our policy.

Cancellation/Change Policy : We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice for the convenience of other clients and staff. An SMS is sent to your mobile number 48 hours prior to your appointment for you to confirm or change/cancel. 

 

If a minimum of 24 hours notice is not given, the following fees will apply :

 

15 minute appointments - $20

30 minute appointments - $35

45 minute appointments - $50

For 1 hour or longer appointments - $65

No Show Fees - If you No Show for your appointment any booking fee will be forfeited.  If no booking fee was charged a fee equal to the amount shown in the change/cancellation policy will be due.  further appointments will require a 50% booking fee.

​Late Arrivals - We appreciate your promptness for appointments. f you are late we may not be able to perform your full treatment. However, the cost of your treatment will remain the same. To reschedule the appointment the cancellation fee will apply.
