Spa Etiquette

• Please turn off your mobile phone or turn it to silent, if you do have to take a call we ask you speak quietly.
• For the consideration of all clientele we request at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation, otherwise a fee of 25% will apply.
• We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so as you can relax before your treatment.
• If you are late we may not be able to complete the service, however the cost of your treatment will remain the same. To reschedule the appointment cancel fee will apply.
• Please remember to turn off / switch to silent all mobile phones during your treatment for the consideration of other clients.
  If you have booked in for a package you may be asked to pay 25% of the package price.
•  When making appointments of 1 hour or longer a booking fee of $30.00 is required, Christmas time this applies for all bookings either full or part deposit. This will be none refundable deposit if 24 hour cancellation notice is not given.
• We recommend that you attend the salon without your children so as you can enjoy the peace and tranquility that we offer. If you need to bring your children we ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum for the consideration of other clientele. Please let us know if you have to bring your children so as we can accommodate.

A great deal of thought has been put into selecting the skin care products used at Elements Face and Body. I have personally tried and tested every product sold in my salon and I strongly encourage my staff to do the same. This way we know first-hand what we are selling and how it works on different skin types, because everyone’s skin is different. Our product line gives us a diverse and very capable range of options when dealing with your skin care needs.
