Elements Face & Body have been providing high quality, excellent value beauty services since 2003.
Elements Face & Body originally started as a home based salon in Jerrabomberra and quickly developed a reputation for excellent service and a deep understanding of client needs. We moved to our current premises in 2011.
Elements have a passion for providing the highest quality Beauty services and upholding the reputation of Elements face and Body and the Beauty Industry in general. Elements Face and Body has been built on the principals of excellent service, community involvement and word-of-mouth advertising.
These principles have helped the business grow to be a shining example of small business achievement in Queanbeyan.
From the bowl of water out the front for passing dogs to donations to many local charities, schools and community groups, Elements Face and Body contribute to improve our community.

From the moment you enter our salon, leave the outside world behind and let us take care of your every need. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can relax before your treatment.

Please turn off your mobile phone or turn it to silent. If you do have to take a call we ask that you speak quietly or take the call outside.

While we love children, they can sometimes be a distraction to your “You time” and recommend they not be brought to your appointment. We understand that sometimes you will have no alternative and then ask that children be kept quiet for the benefit of yourself and your fellow clients. If children or babies are disturbing other clients we will ask you to take them outside the salon until they have settled. However, if this happens we will only be able to finish your treatment if time permits.

24 hours notice is required to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise a late- cancellation fee of $30 or $50 will apply.

If you are late we may not be able to complete the service. However, the cost of your treatment will remain the same. To reschedule the appointment the cancellation fee will apply.

When making appointments of 1 hour or longer or any packages or multiple appointments a booking fee of $50.00 for each person is required.

At Christmas time this applies to all bookings, either full or part deposit. This deposit will be non-refundable if 24hr cancellation notice is not given.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years except specials and packages.

If this is your first time to Elements Face and Body we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete forms before we can proceed with your appointment.
